Is there a +energy hilt? or haft even? If so, what is it called and whats its max energy?

Sorry, there are no +Energy Hilts. But there is a Zealous Hilt.

+1 Energy Gained every hit. -1 Energy Degen.

The closest you'll get are Insightful Staff Heads which can give up to +5 energy.

There are swords with a default +5 modefier though.
